Casino Attendant

Provide quality customer service to all customers and professionally interact with other employees as needed to make sure that casino is operating efficiently. Greet and wait on customers in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be able to determine age upon checking I.D.'s. Serving alchohol to a minor is grounds for immediate termination.

• Wait on customers making change and cashing payout tickets.
• Stock Coolers as needed.
• Clean all areas as needed:
        - Machines after each use.
        - Wipe off chairs after each use.
        - Make sure floor is free of debris.
• Fill condiments (fruit, cups, straws, napkins, coasters).
• Fill ice bins.*
• Prepare soup, Gambler's Menu.*
• Change machine paper if needed.
• Ability to pour drinks as needed.
• Account for all money in casino drawer.
• Assist when needed for extra projects.
• Be available for fill in as needed.
• Make sure all daily tasks are completed in a timely and proficient manner.
• Check all bathrooms for cleanliness.
• Attend meetings as needed.


Qualifications:

• Must be state certified to serve alcoholic beverages (within 60 days of hire).

Essential Functions:

• Be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours daily.
• Be able to bend and lift as needed up to 20 lbs.
• Be able to crawl, twist and turn while working with machines.
